Very nice guy, personable and seems to care. However I was in a severe crisis, suicidal and called twice asking him to return my telephone calls, or give me an early appt. He never returned my phone calls. Several days later, he called and cancelled our regular appt. saying he wasn't feeling well. He mentioned in passing that he had received my calls and knew I was in distress. He said to call in a few days and see if he was able to give us an appt.
