I called Houston Roofing Experts as my previous roofing contractor couldn’t get the job done and left my new addition uncovered right before a rain storm. Agustin worked fast and had a crew come the next day to weather seal the decking with ice and water shield just in time to protect everything from the rain, and the metal roof went on just 1 week after I was quoted. Agustin and his crew were great. Our job involved three structures including a 130 year old house. It was not easy but they did a great job that looks great also.
Augistin was easy to work with. Communicated well and the job looks good to me.
My experience with Houston Roofing Experts was terrible from start to finish. Their office staff was rude and unhelpful when I called with concerns, and they constantly avoided my follow-up questions. The crew was just as unpleasant — they left a mess behind and showed no respect for my property. I would never use their services again.
After they did a great job at my house, used them for some work at my moms house. We were not disappointed!!! Thanks again!!!
