This review is solely based on the staff. I have an appointment set for today at 920am show up at 850am waited. No one is in the office. At 910am I called the phone number on the card, was told by the operator the doctor is not in the office today. My appointment was rescheduled. They neglected to call me, text me or email me to inform my appointment was rescheduled. I took the time to drive to my appointment, wasted my gasoline driving here. I had a small retina tear and Houston Retina took care of me right away. From the moment I walked in, the staff was patient, professional, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Lin was very helpful, taking his time to explain everything and make sure my vision was safe. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the entire team—great service and highly recommended
Dr.Lin was amazing! He helped my dad so much and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. We honestly didn’t expect the level of care and attention he received, it was above and beyond. I’m so grateful for the help and highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of genuine, quality care.
I was so nervous about my eye exam but Dr.Lin listened to all my concerns and reassured me every step of way .
This place is a rip off. Money money money. Charging over and over for the same process the staff is dumb. Stay away
