Never picks up the phone. Always running late. Wait time is 1-2 hours (maybe only 1 if you are lucky). My grandma always goes here and it’s never a good time, but unfortunately this is one of the few places that takes her insurance.

This place Houston Retina Associates P.A at 561 W Medical Center Blvd suite E has unprofessional front desk staff and the doctor was running behind I was here at 2:15pm for a 2:30 appointment and it is now 6pm and I am still sitting here. The doctor and their staff are inconsiderate of patients time having them waiting for so long. Don’t visit this office if you value your time because they certainly don’t.

This is not a professional medical facility. Do NOT bring your family here. Its overbooked, improperly scheduled, and not somewhere deserving of trust.

Our experience today was dreadful! My husband had fluid behind his left eye and we were here for our second visit. The attendant said he was going to dilate his right eye and we told him no it’s the left eye. He said the computer said right again we told him no it’s the left eye he did not listen to us and dilated the wrong eye. When we got to the next station we told the attendant it’s the left eye. Finally he looked from our first visit and realized someone had put the wrong eye on the report! I told the doctor and he trie... read more
