Our experience today was dreadful! My husband had fluid behind his left eye and we were here for our second visit. The attendant said he was going to dilate his right eye and we told him no it’s the left eye. He said the computer said right again we told him no it’s the left eye he did not listen to us and dilated the wrong eye. When we got to the next station we told the attendant it’s the left eye. This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized! My son could have lost his vision due to a retina detachment that never had to happen if they weren’t so careless and unorganized.

8/14/25 Poor Value and Service QualityI'm questioning whether this $38 copay was worth it for what amounted to two pictures, four eye drops, and less than five minutes with the doctor. Ridiculous!!! It doesn't make sense to me that I come here on time to all of my visits, and it always ends up as a 2-3 hour visit. I asked the ladies at the counter about it, and they giggled like it was some kind of game. Then, at one of my other visits one of the ladies had gloves on left office touched god knows what then injected me with dye , left the gloves on and got a second needle ready for someone else.(WITH THE SAME GLOVES).
