Ridiculous!!! It doesn't make sense to me that I come here on time to all of my visits, and it always ends up as a 2-3 hour visit. I asked the ladies at the counter about it, and they giggled like it was some kind of game. Then, at one of my other visits one of the ladies had gloves on left office touched god knows what then injected me with dye , left the gloves on and got a second needle ready for someone else.(WITH THE SAME GLOVES). I have been going to the Clear Lake clinic for years and see Dr. Lam every time. Sure some days there is a wait but my daughter and I engage in conversations with the other patients and have made new friends. Some days a new staff member is a bit confused and maybe a bit rude but know that they are uncomfortable in their new environment. Next time they are super friendly and helpful. I love this clinic.

It's a good clinic, but the bad thing is that the nurses and Dr. T. Pham care more about their nails. Another thing is that there are too many patients for just one doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran since 2020. I’ve probably been to all his offices at least once. It’s been a pleasant journey. I was going blind in both eyes. With surgery on both eyes, he made me see again! Now, I only take one shot on my left eye every three months. I recommended Dr. Tran to a family friend and now she is able to see without laser treatments or injections. I trust Dr. Tran and his assistant with my eyes. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband has seen both Dr. Alapat and Dr. Gao. We have been very pleased with their care and treatment. Would highly recommend. They are awesome!
