This practice is a disaster, The check in process is a mess. The billing is not understandable . The billing department is non responsive and when you do finally reach someone they are snippy and extremely unhelpful The waiting room has 25 people with 15 chairs. They are always a half an hour to an hour plus behind schedule. They tell you to wait in the “back waiting area” but there are never enough chairs to accommodate all of the people waiting This is my last time ever coming here. Avoid this practice at all costs.

I have been going to Dr Tran for the last 6 or 7 years. He is an excellent doctor. However, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Especially the front dest. They are the people that you first come in contact with and get greeted by them. Unfortunately, they care about their comfort and not the patient needs. I have been waiting to speak to the office manager, now for at least 45 minutes. So, as much as I like Dr Tran, I will no longer want to deal with the staff.
