We recently had a water leak that caused quite a bit of damage in our home. We notified our insurer and they sent out Houston Restore Pros. From the mitigation process with Joe, through the finished work the process was extremely smooth. The crews were amazing. Their work was spectacular and the end result is beautiful. Their communication through this process was amazing too. Our job coordinator, Joel, was on top of everything involved with the job. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Water damage from upstairs sink. Overall: HRP showed dedication to mitigation, got large area of house approved to be painted, poor patchwork of walls and floating of ceiling. Project Manger addressing our concerns. Mitigation - 4 of 5 Stars because clean-up was not good. Repairs - 3 of 5 Stars because HRP did get insurance to approve painting large portions of house or we would have rated 2 of 5. Houston Restore Pros recently completed an extensive renovation on my house and property following a tornado. They did an outstanding job. Everyone I came in contact with was a skilled professional. Special shout out to my final project manager Joel. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and checked every job after completion. I highly recommend this company if you need any kind of renovation!

We had a great experience working with Jose, Isaac and Joel at Restore Pros. Our house got severely damaged by the fallen tree and they helped us manage the reconstruction end to end and handled all the communication with the insurance company. The made the process easy and stress free, communication was great and we are very happy with the quality of work. Thank you!
