Dr chacko was a good dr but unfortunately his practice is a scam and now i have to fight the clinic under no surprises act. I was told the Dr fees would be about 90$. The hospital fees,pathology, and amnesia was all covered by insurance. It seems this awful office didnt even bill my insurance. I do not recommend this practice. You cant even get ahold of thier billing department . I will fight this and will not recommend anyone to houston regional gastro as you can call day in a s day out wont get any answers.
I am posting this review on behalf of my mother, Mrs. Khan, who does not have a Google account. As a senior citizen and a Woman, she left the Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute Katy office feeling completely lost, disrespected, and frankly, discriminated against. We are sharing this solely so that no other elderly person has to endure the kind of treatment she went through here.
