Received a bill for over $700 in June 2026 for services rendered back in Aug. 2024. Full 2 YEARS later ! And the funny thing is that bill from Aug. 2024 was fully resolved. I am giving them full 5 stars because i really believe in this good company. They can definitely make improvements. Something is terribly wrong with their system. These people have been very difficult to deal with, and I am disappointed that Methodist Hospital used them as a vendor. They keep trying to charge me for a service that the insurance said it wouldn't cover. I will switch from Methodist rather than deal with these people again.
So annoying that Houston Methodist uses this company to bill because their a mess. I got a text message saying I owed them for a past due payment with a link. I didn't click it because I thought it was spam but after getting the message 3 more times I called Houston Methodist and they said it is who they use. Weird that they would not send you an email or letter with an itemized bill. Paid the total and went on my way. And another 1 star review. Houston Willowbrook do better!!!! They're an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was told explicitly I am in network, yet got served with a bill that clearly states out of network. Do check if both Houston methodist AND HRA are in network if you don't like surprises.
LET ME HELP YOU! READ FOR RESOLUTION. I had the same issue as everyone else. My bill came nearly three years after service (and after I was with a different insurance company, so I had no remedy to appeal).
