They refuse to bill my insurance even though the service is covered and then sent me to collections. Never worked with a company so frustrating.
What a horrible experience.!!!!!!! I received a billing statement that says I have to pay $228 which i did pay it. Then after a week i received another billing that says i only owed $193. So i called and wanted to process a refund. Take note that was Sep 24th and up until now they keep saying the same line that they are gonna escalate the matter. I see all these one star reviews about billing. Maybe it’s time we all get together, consult a lawyer and file a class action against this company…. Then maybe they would do better Dr. Steven Sax, did he even go to medical school. My dad has bilateral nephrostomy tubes, tubes coming out of each kidney that drain into bags. If you receive a bill from this place---DO NOT PAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call them and question it immediately. We received a bill and called to question it. The rep Faith stated we had no worries and she could see insurance was paying the claim. Two weeks later we received a threatening letter saying it would be sent to collections. I called again and the new rep Jose and he said he could see the payment and that it hadn't posted to our bill yet but that we had no worries.
