Service was acceptable. Failed to file the necessary insurance forms, after providing all information of insurance at visit. Then again when they called a month later to make a collection call/effort. Again, the insurance information was provided and the caller admitted they had not filed "any" claim to our insurance, and it would be taken care of immediately.
