Absolutely disappointing experience with this company. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM, yet no one showed up and there was no communication regarding any delay or issue. I was excited about the apparent quality of pool restoration results, but then had a series of truly terrible experiences with their sales, project management, accounting, and regional management teams. This company charged me three times for a deposit on the work, after I canceled in a timely manner and the cancellation was acknowledged. Coleman Johnson from Precision Pool Restoration came to our home and explained their process for replastering pools. We are impressed with the company's structure of all of the workers working directly for them, with no outside subcontractors. We are looking forward to working with them to make our backyard dreams come true.
