I'd give 10 stars if I could! The polaris wall mount broke off inside the wall. Thpught it would weeks to get someone out here. They were here in a day or two. They were prompt, professional, did great work with a reasonable price! Even came out to help when I goofed something up. Like I said. 10 stars!
They so excellent work at competitive prices and are not afraid of difficult tasks other companies balk at. It’s been a year now since my project was completed and I’m still very happy I chose Houston Pool Renovations to do the work.
My wife and I are very pleased with our pool renovation work by Houston Pool Renovations. Our project manager Randy was outstanding. Communications were constant and responsive. Randy was there. Work was done well and the scheduling was great. Maybe we were lucky with the scheduling but everything was done so quickly. No waiting around for contractors (mostly). I contacted Houston Pool Renovations to do some repairs to the coping around my pool. Brian Snoddy came out same day and provided an estimate. He sent me a bid for the project that same Tuesday evening. Wednesday he had workers here and by Thursday it was complete. With Memorial Day approaching we were up and going by Friday!
