Horrible. I have a facial emergency, a dog bite under my eye. I called for help, and they were unhelpful, uncaring, and could offer no recommendations. If you REALLY need help, don’t call this place.
Dr. Shawn Allen is our go to ENT! He is very intelligent, competent, knows how to talk to and teach his patients, friendly, and patient. My daughter had nasal surgery with him for a deviated septum that made her sick with sinus infections and she has been fine ever since. I go to him as well and have highly recommended him to family and friends. His office staff is wonderful and knowledgeable as well.
Dr. Kuperan was phenomenal. From pre-op to post-op, I felt thoroughly cared for. His bedside manner instantly put me at ease, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend him!
I recently had surgery at My Houston Surgeons. The experience was excellent. Dr. Allen took the time to explain the issues, my choices on correcting the issues, and the potential risks of the options. I elected to have the surgery and Dr. Allen performed the surgery without any issues. The recovery was just as Dr. Allen explained it, so there were no surprises.
