Dr. Aguilar is an amazing surgeon! His bedside manner is outstanding. He is very personable and listens!! He cares for his patients and makes sure you are pleased with the results. He called and checked on me the evening of my surgery and FaceTimed me the next morning. I am so happy with the results of my face/neck lift. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! His surgical nurse and anesthesiologist is second to none.
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES: Either intentionally lied or make an honest mistake about services not offered and became hostile. The issue stemmed from the mistake and refusal to refund the “non-refundable” for understandably making a mistake about services they no longer offer but booking me under a plethora of services that weren’t inquired about. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have a pretty severe needle phobia but really wanted Botox. Dr. Aguilar was extremely patient and kind with me. He walked me through step by step, gave me breaks and kept me laughing. I’m extremely happy with the results and will be coming back! He even called to follow up on a Saturday to make sure I was ok. I also love that he talked to me in detail about the procedure and didn’t try to do the most. He started me small and said we’d work up from there as I want.
