DO NOT COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Went there and sat in the lobby where they did my vitals. Lazy doctor was bothered but the male nurse was so helpful. They couldn’t test me for covid because they didn’t have tests. Misdiagnosed me as stomach pain and I went to my doctor he found out I had COVID. Now I owe this emergency room $250 for not taking their meds and a doctor just sitting in a lobby acting as if I was taking his time.

I took my wife to ER 2 weeks ago after a fall and it was a really bad experience. They didn't exam completely and just wanted her out of there. We suspect her ankle was damaged more but the doctor was so incompetent. He showed my wife his hurt toe and bragged that he took nothing for it and she is too old for any meds. The male nurse then told my wife that her ankle was ok and they couldn't do anything. We had to ask for ice and a ACE bandage. We will never come back. The nurse(Brandon I believe) was amazing, helpful and kind. He was efficient and helpful. I felt sorry for him because he deserves to work with a better doctor. If Dr Thandra is there, just go somewhere else. She is lazy and will act like you’re disturbing her for coming in. I came in because I broke my ankle while on a cruise and was told to get to an er for a more stable cast and pain meds.
