Highly recommend this place! They are wonderful with your pets and you! They describe in detail everything that they are gonna need to do and any possibilities of things changing. They stay in contact with you before, during, and after the procedure. They also send pictures to show you what they find once the animal is under anesthesia. We highly recommend this place! Starting with Kirstie, the office assistant, to Dr Beggs, the customer service was excellent. Kristie booked me a consultation with ease along with the surgery for my Great Dane the following week. Dr. Beggs was informative about my furbabies’ tentative assessment prior to surgery during the consultation. I’ve taken my dog, Maui, to Dr. Beggs at Houston Pet Dental twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Dr. Beggs is knowledgeable, professional, and took great care of Maui. His entire staff is friendly, caring, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s reassuring to know Maui is in such capable hands. I truly appreciate the level of care they provide and would absolutely recommend Dr. Beggs and the team at Houston Pet Dental to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary dental care.
My dog is 4 and this was the first time I’ve taken him to get his teeth cleaned. Scheduling consultation was a breeze. Dr. Beggs is very knowledgeable and kind. Consultation went great and was informed of next steps. Day of appointment I dropped off my doggy at 8a and was updated through text during the duration of the procedure. He was ready to picked up around 10a. I was shocked that they even called/text the day after the procedure to check on my dog. I highly recommend!
