Avoid at all costs! We hired them to assist in selling our house. Our only contact with either Houston or Palmer was the initail phone call. After that we dealt exclusively with and old woman who on multiple occasions lied to us and hung up on me a when i questioned the lies. The entire process from start to finish was a complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs!
