Good doctors but office staff is incompetent. Specifically the office manager who apparently makes her own hours. So she can't be bothered for going on a month to get pre approval from insurance for a MRI at the hospital.
FOLKS I WILL SAY I LIKE Dr C. However I've never dealt with a staff so incompetent in my life. I'm normally a very nice easy going person, but not this time. A yr ago I was scheduled to get an injection in my lower back. According to my insurance, the staff tried to get it approved at 4:48 pm the day before my injection. Of course they couldn't approve it so they canceled my injection and I missed a day of work. Well this time I'm scheduled for a pain blocker.
