El personal de enfrente te hacen esperar más de dos horas y pasan la gente como se les pega la gana después de dos casi dos horas le pregunto por qué ya pasaron muchos que llegaron después de mi y me dijo que así es como ellos atienden un poco por cita un poco por cómo van llegando etc. etc.

Good doctors but office staff is incompetent. Specifically the office manager who apparently makes her own hours. So she can't be bothered for going on a month to get pre approval from insurance for a MRI at the hospital.
