Dr. Ally helped me overcome my anxiety and OCD. When I first came to her, I was at a low point in my life and had little knowledge of OCD. Dr. Ally educated me and provided tailored Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for my subtypes. She is direct, honest, and an excellent listener who never interrupts. CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques are now second nature to me, instead of my OCD and anxiety taking over.
