Had to give 1 star to make a comment. Worst billing department ever (go figure, read all of the other reviews). I received a 3rd party collection notice that said they were collecting on behalf of Houston Northwest Radiology (HNR). When I tried to contact HNR, I had to call throughout the day for several days and never spoke with a person. Constantly got pushed into a leave your number and we'll call you back in the order it was received. They never called back. Pésimo lugar y pésimo personal me llego un cobro de $808 dolar y me mandaron a colección por ese cobro que mis abogados ya pagaron. Espero sierren este lugar es pésimo y sobre todo que por culpa de ellos te dejan mal recor. Jamás se les ocurra ir hay
I received a collection from this company for now reason. I already paid for my service and now they are asking me to pay the exact amount again. Then sent it ti collection agency. HORRIBLE!
I just got a collections letter saying I owed $28 bucks. I paid $1700 at the hospital and was told that satisfied the entire balance. They never attempted to contact me. This is wrong.
