I went on a visit in January 2020! This place seemed like a good place for a dentsist according to my network providers. I must be honest and truthful, this place is unsanitary, unprofessional, unfriendly, and outdated! The Denist did not greet me nor did he properly communicate his procedures. The dentist did not meet my needs to understand my questions and concerns. He failed to properly assess and address my concerns and questions. The staff, however, was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Petersen for over 10 years. And we are not always easy. I have fear issues, even though Doc is WONDERFUL and very understanding. He is the only dentist I will see. My husband is "trainwreck" disabled with literally no filter and says anything. Ron does not take care of his teeth, either, so we are there pretty frequently. I don’t know what every other person on here is talking about. The staff are friendly, the doctor has a great bedside manner, and the rates are affordable. They can even recommend programs you can finance very expensive dental visits through. Maybe y’all were the rude ones, because they’ve been absolutely delightful every time I’ve been there.

I have been waiting over 30 mins and haven’t even been addressed by the front office staff. They are calling ins companies and providing patient info loud enough for us to hear in the waiting room. My fiancé stated one of the dentist touched the outside of his glove before putting his hands in my fiance’s mouth. Rates are cheap, but that’s pretty obvious it’s because of the staff and their lack of professional.

This place is horrible! If you’re 11 minutes late you’ll be required to reschedule… The front receptionist are rude and unprofessional and the work is mediocre!! Find another dentist office to give your money to!
