Francis is really great about getting back to you and does things in a timely manner. Dr. Al Baeer is a great neurologist, but my only hesitation in referring him to my friends and family is the fact that he goes on vacation frequently. This can be inconvenient if you are in pain. I have been here three times and it’s been a wonderful experience every time. The front office lady has been very sweet and she knows her stuff. She very quick and efficient. Dr. Baer is amazing and actually listens to his patients instead of focusing on the computer and records (even though they are great at updating theirs). The first time I visited another patient was there and she spoke kindly of the doctor, saying she has kept him as her doctor even when he moved practices and that she would travel to visit him.
