Hired Bellhop to move a recliner, 3 pieces of furniture and two totes. We had to make significant arrangements to get my 83 with Alzheimer’s out of the home so she wouldn’t be further traumatized by the move into an assisted living facility. Move window was 2-3 - at 1:21 I get a text from the movers saying let’s try for 4:30. After trying to get the movers in the phone, some back and forth on text and again trying to get them in the phone, I get a message saying they’d let Bellhop know - whom never contacted me.
