WARNING: Do NOT take your vehicle to Houston Motors & More! This has been the worst experience of my life. They kept my truck for 7 months and NEVER fixed anything. Then, without my permission, they had it towed, and I had to pay over $1,000 to get it out of the city tow yard. When I picked it up, they had even REMOVED MY BATTERY, so I had to pay another tow truck just to get it home! They parked it in front of a fire hydrant, which got me tickets I didn’t deserve. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !!! Your vehicle will sit for months, you will be lied to, high possibility of parts being stolen / just go missing from your vehicle. This place wreaks of shadiness !
Houston motors and Moore is a great place to take your Jeep for any repair. My whole engine needed to be replaced. They did a wonderful job and they stand behind their work. I will never take my jeep to another place because they said and did exactly what they were gonna do. And they even give you a six month warranty on their work. We had a little problem in the very beginning, but took it in on Monday and I had my jeep back Monday evening so the same day they even came and picked up the Jeep and took it to the shop. I had my Jeep’s engine replaced by Houston Motors about 6 months ago. Waleed and his team did a solid job — the car had a few minor issues at first that I had to change thermostat ,some wires, but overall it’s been running well since the engine swap. Appreciate the work and honesty. Would recommend!
