Houston motors and Moore is a great place to take your Jeep for any repair. My whole engine needed to be replaced. They did a wonderful job and they stand behind their work. I will never take my jeep to another place because they said and did exactly what they were gonna do. And they even give you a six month warranty on their work. We had a little problem in the very beginning, but took it in on Monday and I had my jeep back Monday evening so the same day they even came and picked up the Jeep and took it to the shop. I had my Jeep’s engine replaced by Houston Motors about 6 months ago. Waleed and his team did a solid job — the car had a few minor issues at first that I had to change thermostat ,some wires, but overall it’s been running well since the engine swap. Appreciate the work and honesty. Would recommend!
Negative stars would be more accurate. Talks a smooth game, but doesnt follow up with actions. Lies, makes everything sound way better than it is, lacks communication with customers. Left my jeep there for a Hemi swap, after just trying to purchase a stock motor. Was told it would take two weeks (too good to be true), 4 months later and my rims/tires "stollen", still no running jeep. Waleed assured me he would replace my rims/tires, he never did. Ended up having to get a wrecker to pick it up and will fix ourselves.
Honest review here i have 2 say Waleed found out what was wrong with my jeep when no one else could in Louisiana! Not even dodge dealership knew it needed a computer! We also purchased a engine from Waleed got it installed in my home town but jeep still had same problem it had with old engine it still was missing and new engine started smoking and all the oil leaked out of it so we immediately thought they gave us a bad engine got Waleed on the phone told him about it he said 2 bring it 2 him hauled it 4 hours away it did ta... read more
