I had an ultrasound done to check for a foreign object ( dermalpiercing) the back piece has closed up on me , and the experience was excellent. The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and she was very thorough, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciated their care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Henny is awesome! She asked questions, she listened to the answers, and she explained the procedure thoroughly. Oh, and the self-pay price is extremely reasonable! The online appointment system was also very easy to use. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and definitely worth driving a bit out of my way. Highly recommended.

Bad communication, I called the office before booking an ultrasound online. I called 3-4 times never got an answer so I went ahead and booked it online. I had to take off early from work to make it on time to the appointment at 2:30. I arrive to the location called multiple times until someone finally answered and unfortunately they were not in the office. Their excuse was they “FORGOT” to block the schedule and won’t be back in 2 weeks. I was upset that I drove almost an Hr to get there and for them now be able to see me.
