This went down from 2 stars to 1 star in a matter of 5 minutes. Apparently neither the pain med nor the ANTIBIOTIC... needed to prevent infection that were to be prescribed was called in and the office staff who returned my mothers call asked her if she knew the name of the antibiotic and pain med that were supposed to be called in? One.. that info should be in a note somewhere and two never ask the patient if they know what was supposed to be called in...you’re dealing with an individual who just had surgery. When you can see a Doctor is more interested in your insurance than your health its pretty sad. This office is all about the money. Would not recommend for your health. Dr Gonzales did a poor job. His office will not talk to me unless they have all my insurance information UP FRONT. really? So obvious its all about the money. Looking for a real doctor now.
