Everyone from the registration team in the main entrance to the technicians in the Imaging department (MRI) were very kind. They made my daughter and I feel comfortable and at ease as this was her first MRI.
Very caring staff at this location, from the front office lady. My daughter had blood work there it was the best experience we ever had. Wylanda was great and very good at her job also caring about my daughter. Olivia was also great and caring person in the medical staff, love this place.
Houston Methodist has some very questionable billing practices. I had two different imaging appointments at Houston Methodist Willowbrook a couple of months ago. I used the MyChart app and my insurance information to get the estimates for each of the visits. The estimates from the app appeared reasonable, so I made the appointments. Every one was so helpful and kind. I have had various images, and have had nothing but timely, kind and helpful experiences.
Today I got an MRI , I was scared because I never thought I would experience this but the Methodist in Willowbrook made me feel so comfortable and at ease. From being checked in to the end of my MRI. Everyone was so kind, god bless everyone there .
