I was diagnosed with covid and brain swelling. I asked my wife "why aren't they giving me ivermectin then?" She asked Dr Agana. He told her ivermectin was illegal. Also my wife barred one of the nurses for being a bully and doing what ever the hell she wanted.
ER visit for my mom and they said we have everything we need for the doctor visit coming up. That was not true, to get a copy of the CT scan so many people, no one could do it and then the medical record person was so rude…and doesn’t do x rays, she does medical records. At the very least when a person is having a health issue people whom you have to deal with can Be nice. Or answer the phone. Won’t be back.
Just spent 9 days In Methodist Willowbrook and received very poor care. Never saw a representative of the hospital. The only contact was nurses and the hospitalist doctors. Nearly aspirated due to a colon blockage. 2.3 liters of fluid instantly came out of the tube plus I vomited 2 times all over my body. I had some very good nurses, but also had some that were not. I am very disappointed with the Imaging Department staff especially the supervisor Hector/Oscar and the so-called person who identified herself as "imaging", which I identify as a "KAREN". My spouse was having a procedure done on Friday 4/28/2023. My daughter and I could always be in the same room while the procedure was being performed, this changed to where we had to leave the room now because of the procedure, and it was ok to wait in the hallway or the waiting room. It would be much be much better if you can arrive at this fu— up. Hospital dead. Then you won’t have to sit in a chair and wait 8 or 10 hours. Are we really living in the United States. I came to this ER in Katy thinking I would be helped. Bullshi—. Wasted my whole day .8 hours just sitting and then to let these monkeys poke my arms with needles. Horrible service, i went 2 days go because I'm having low back pain all they did give me medication and do PT , they told me they were going to do MRI's and keep me for observation, and they didn't, and they still charge me for it. please don't come to this Er. I spoke to a neurologist there he was trying to say that nothing is wrong with me that I'm ok, but I'm not I'm in so much pain, and now I'm stuck with a bill of almost 5,000dollars.
They trash they like drama they don't care about anyone
Houston Methodist West Hospital we had bad experience when we went visit my 2nd time. Charge Nurse was younger no compassion toward family and she toward 5th floor. She is very cold and escorted us from my daughter room 5154 looks like we are criminal even though my daughter restrict her time visitation.
