My mother with a diagnosis of cancer is pending an Auth for a procedure the referral/Auth Specialist is not very prompt with follow up I have asked to speak to the office manager last week. Office manager (Candice)assured to call me Monday to get status on issue and still not able to get thru to talk with her regarding the issue. I arrived on time for my appointment (16 minutes early; checked in at front desk at 2:44 PM). It's 4:40 PM, and I'm still waiting for the doctor to come into the exam room. I leave the exam room and head to the elevators close to 5:00 PM. As I ride the elevator down to the 2nd floor, I say to myself, "I shouldn't have to pay a co-pay for not being seen for two hours." So, I go back up to the 21st floor and talk to the front desk staff. I ask them if I can get a refund for my co-pay as I could not wait any longer to be seen. ... read more

At each and every visit here, I’ve been so pleased with the service and the staff. Dr. Stewart is knowledgeable and professional, but remains friendly and personable and attuned to my health and my best interests. Any time that I’ve had an issue or a question (non-emergency), she .. or one of her nurses … has gotten back to me quickly, normally in less than 24 hours. Most recently, her nurses that I’ve dealt with, Erika and Rosalyn (sp) are very helpful and friendly; her other nurses (sorry, don’t have names) have also been ... read more
