Absolutely useless ER. We were advised my wife needed a surgery and that it would be scheduled on the following Tuesday. The Doctor (Edozie Akunyili) said all we needed to do was call Monday morning to confirm the surgery for Tuesday. Come to find out that it was not scheduled. On top of that we were not able to reach out to the ER doctor as he is “contracted through a 3rd party” We where advised to speak to our PCP… She received NO help from the ER. Extremely disappointed.
Second time being treated by Dr. Nguyen at the Woodlands Methodist ER. A great doctor, no nonsense, knows exactly what to do and gets it done. Highly recommend.
Fast & efficient
Do not go to this ER, my wallet was stolen !
Went in for chest pain and elevated BP. From the security guard to the Dr everyone was fantastic. They were efficient and caring. Nurses were on top of everything. Lab staff were friendly and explained everything. The lady updating records was professional and friendly. X-ray tech was friendly and efficient.
