I always use this hospital and have never had a bad experience. I recommend it to everyone.
I will start by saying I love this hospital, overall. I brag on this hospital. And will continue to do so EXCEPT for this Ultrasound department in Healing Tower. Was told to check in at 6:45pm for a 7pm appointment on a Saturday. There was no one here but me in this lobby...until someone came to check in for their 7:30pm appointment. Yes. I'm still in the lobby 30 minutes past my appointment. Nice and clean facility. Free parking. Handicap accessible. I went for a CT of the neck. Professional and polite personnel. In and out. Will definitely go back If I require radiology again.
Great service Everyone was very nice and did a great job.
People are nice here but almost 7 hours in the ER in pain to get a scan and to see a doctor. Never again
