Went in for chest pain and elevated BP. From the security guard to the Dr everyone was fantastic. They were efficient and caring. Nurses were on top of everything. Lab staff were friendly and explained everything. The lady updating records was professional and friendly. X-ray tech was friendly and efficient.

Litterly 0 help discharged all they did was give antibiotics they are lazy and unprofessional wait time was also ridiculous 🙄 😒 they get mad evertime some one walks in

I was in Methodist Hospital in The Woodlands for 12 days. The nursing staff was 100% A++. Even the cleaning woman whom came every day to clean my room was A++. I highly recommend this hospital!

I fractured & bruised my heel, on a job, several weeks ago. This ER was exceptionally clean & they had plenty of room to separate patients, waiting. It was fairly cool, waiting & no biggie - they offered blankets to everyone. There was a great vending area, but machines didn't work. The nurses there were fantastic, but it took me over 5 hours to get thru scans, get crutches & the smallest shoe, ever. I loved this ER & her crew, but there were small things that made it less than great...
