I can handle the long wait times and even the difficult part of scheduling. But having my breasts imaged for the 4th time in a month and scared out of my mind and get a Doctor with the worst bedside manner that is where I draw the line of what I'm willing to put up with!! I was stuttering over my words trying to understand what was going on to be met with annoyance and impatience. Will never got back to this place!
Very nice experience. Went back for cat scan within 15 minutes of arriving. Knoledgeable staff sensitive to needs
I brought a loved one with special needs to help do an MRI of the Pelvis. The team whose names I might butcher (Josue, Bamija and Angie) went above and beyond to try and help him with the test. The imaging center is well organized and the staff are kind and helpful.
Talked to Victoria Moore in the Medical Record. Worst attitude. Hangs up while on the phone. Very unprofessional
Shaun and John are wonderful. I had my first MRI this afternoon, and both made sure I was lying down comfortably on that MRI with ear plugs and a warm blanket sheet since the room was on the cold side. I was also given head and knee pillows. Check-in agents were nice too. They all deserved 5 stars. The one star I took out was that it took more than two weeks to have MRI availability at this location. John and Shaun, thanks for your kindness, patience, and professionalism.
