I had a great experience with this location. I booked my appointment late one night and I knew because I was in so much pain I made some typos. So I arrived an hour early before my appointment time because I didn’t know how this clinic was ran and I wanted to make corrections before my appointment time. The receptionist named Lucky was very helpful, friendly and made the corrections for me. She explained to me about the MyChart and how it works which was helpful. Receptionist was nice but doctor was absolutely horrible (Alicia Brown). She stormed in and out the room, seemed very flustered, mixed up paperwork(to where I had to make sure my personal details weren’t given to the wrong person) and the doctor was overall very rude. I recommend avoiding this location. *made a correction to the doctors name as the name was incorrect on my paperwork. *additionally, what she prescribed to be did not improve my condition and instead it has progressed to bronchitis (which I mentioned to her was... read more
Horrible location. I walked in the clinic no one was to be found.. i wanted and waited and finally a lady come out, she was very rude. She said i can not be seen today due to be not being on time. keep in mind i had to wait a while for her to even come to the lobby area which made me “late” do not recommend this location at all. very rude staff. i needed to be seen today, i scheduled an appt and it was ruined because she did not want to come out and greet me when i arrived on time!
