I saw Dr. Bonnes Neuman for the first time. Really liked how she talked with me and explained everything.
Methodist is great, however they don't take my wife's insurance while other hospitals in the system do
The physicians are fabulous. That part of the care is excellent. However, I’m now at 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and messages and requests from the pharmacy, and my mother still can’t get a refill on maintenance drugs. It’s Christmas week and we are off to the hospital because the on call physician won’t address her lack of meds. We prepared for this. We’ve been trying for weeks. I don’t know what else to be doing. Excellent service for the last three years my experience has been awesome with Houston Methodist care. I rate them a five no matter what the situation is they work with you anyway they can. Grateful that we found such an excellent experience at Houston Methodist. Any doctor’s office finance office are testing.
