PCP, Admin, labs and billing at Houston Methodist are a total mess. Their systems are not centralized, which leads to huge gaps, constant miscommunication, and flat-out wrong bills—you really have to stay on top of them if you don't want to get hit with extra fees. On top of that, the PCP teams barely seem to care about your actual health; they just guess based on one symptom at a time instead of looking at the big picture.
