Matthew was my PT at Sugarland Methodist (Sweetwater) after breaking both elbows. I can’t say enough positive things about this young man’s ability to gauge the exact type and amount of therapy I personally needed. Not only was Matthew patient, knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly, positive and always attentive despite having 1 or two other patients at one time. No one answers the phone. After four rings, the call just drops with no voicemail or follow-up.
To much going on. No personal attention. I completed therapy at Memorial Herman and it seemed to be more professional. They're more concerned about week plans as opposed to treatment.
I've been here on multiple occasions (different injuries) and have always had a good experience. Love the ease of making/canceling/rescheduling appointments. The front desk staff are always so pleasant and greet you with a smile. All of the machines and workout areas are clean and organized nicely. I work with Gabby and she is absolutely amazing, she makes sure I get the most from each visit. If you haven't been here for PT, I highly recommend you try it.
