I've been here on multiple occasions (different injuries) and have always had a good experience. Love the ease of making/canceling/rescheduling appointments. The front desk staff are always so pleasant and greet you with a smile. All of the machines and workout areas are clean and organized nicely. I work with Gabby and she is absolutely amazing, she makes sure I get the most from each visit. If you haven't been here for PT, I highly recommend you try it.
I am calling to check the price for therapy, it goes on answering machine all the time. Finally I got in touch but I was asked to fax the order which I did, twice to make sure they recieve it and I asked her to let me know the charges. She said they will call you and let you know but no one is calling me back instead I got text message to click and schedule on the link. Now I kept calling, almost 15 calls but not a single call got a respond. What kind of hospital is this?? It's about Sugarland location.
If your doctor works out of methodist it is ok. However, if not you will need a seasoned PT provider. There are new PT providers at this location.
My therapist were Michelle and Jennifer. We worked on my balance , stamina, and other problems associated with Parkinson’s disease. They were very knowledgeable and patient and helped me with many issues I have encountered.
Go see Darrin Staloch. Actually, don't because as the word gets out I'll never be able to schedule an appt with him! He got my cervical spine feeling better in about 3 visits.
