Allie is an amazing physical therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She worked on my neck and I felt a noticeable difference even after the first session. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and truly cares about her patients. I am writing to share a very concerning experience I had this morning with a physical therapist at your location. His name is Gregory. From the beginning of the appointment, Gregory’s behavior was unprofessional. He appeared irritated, was breathing heavily, and his body language made me feel as though I was a problem rather than a patient in need of care. Lady who did my evaluation had a bad attitude, aggressive, and left me reinjured, setting back my progress.
I went to Houston Methodist Outpatient Rehabilitation to receive physical therapy for recurring pain going from my hip down to my left leg. Rachel Dottin-Poon PT, DPT, OCS was my therapist. Rachel asked many questions and did an evaluation of my flexibility. She was direct and stern in telling me that I needed to improve my flexibility and get serious with my physical health.
