Bad attitude from the minute I walked in. Didn’t get past the front desk. Customer service is dead.
This rehabilitation place is terrific! The receptionists are pleasant and very efficient and helpful. They are quick to reschedule if you need to change an appointment. They get patients into the facility quickly and politely. They are so cheerful. The therapists are also very very good. They are kind but they ask you to do the work that is necessary for your particular issues. I can’t say enough.
Katherine is amazing! She’s caring when you’re in pain and helps work it through. I always felt better when I left.
Just finished PT for a knee replacement. Chris and the staff have been very professional. He always have a positive attitude, listened to my concerns and patterned a strategy to enhance my recovery. If you are financially able, I encourage you to seek his treatment.
