Some time over the past few years, Houston Methodist has forgotten that their patients are customers and shouldn’t be treated as additional sources of income. It is absolutely insane that a lost ticket is more than the daily rate. I have no problem paying for parking, but a $16 penalty for losing a piece of paper (I was there for two hours and the parking fee was $9).
