For handicap parking go to level 4. There are public elevators there and you will have to walk over to the Walter tower. They are renovating so there is no valet currently at the Walter tower. If you park at level three they won’t let you in the building from there until 6am. You’ll have to walk or just drive your car up one more level for handicap parking. Plenty of parking available there.
