I don't actually want to leave a bad review, but I do want to give all of you a heads up. If you are a new patient, they may send you a message the day before that tells you your appointment time has changed to 30 minutes earlier. This means you may have to disregard up to three other text messages that tell you your normal appointment time. I missed that text as it looked simialr to the others. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone from the front office, to the Doctor’s assistant and the X-ray tech was helpful, caring, and genuinely listened to me and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. David Wallace. He discussed all my concerns and showed me my X-rays taken in his office moments before. He explained everything I had questioned. He recommended physical therapy first, before pills and surgery, which I really appreciated. I will see him when PT is completed to determine if ... read more

This is probably the best office visit I’ve ever experienced in my entire life going to doctors. From the receptionist to the doctor himself. Everyone treated me so good. You can tell the x-ray technician really enjoys her job.

I had a wonderful experience at Methodist Orthopedics. My son received great care from the entire team. The staff was kind, attentive, and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit. I especially want to recognize the front desk staff member (female), who was incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned for my son. She went out of her way to try to fit us into the schedule, and that meant so much to us. It’s not always easy when your child needs medical care, but they made the experience smooth and reassuring.
