Made an appointment for a medical problem I have that desperately needs treatment. I was very specific about the issue and what I needed when I scheduled the appointment. 1) they did not enter the correct information 2) they looked at me and said it was “minor” and said that they would not help. Disregard of my medical problems is not okay. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with the midwives and office staff so far. So far I have only met with Zainab but she is lovely. She is professional, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and answered all of the questions that I had. Everyone else that helped me was lovely as well. I’m looking forward to being in the care of Methodist Willowbrook for my pregnancy!
Dr. Lori Cavender is the best. She finds everything and make you feel comfortable. If you want someone who cares and listen. She is your person for OB and Gyn.
