Every time I go to my yearly well check Dr. Choy is 1 hour or more behind schedule. That’s if I am even able to have an appointment at all. The office has cancelled my last two attempts at a well check and then says they don’t have appointments for two more months. In the meantime, they will not renew my prescriptions without being seen. How can I be seen if you keep cancelling my appointments? There is no reason given for the cancellation. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE!! I went to visit Dr. Chinemelum Orizu as a first time patient and it was my biggest REGRET in 2023!! I wish I never went!! My issue was not resolved and I am stuck with a bill for almost $1,000. I wholeheartedly regret going here. Just wow!! Unbelievable.
Dr. Orizu is wonderful! It has been a struggle for me to find a good GYN and I am so relieved to have found one who genuinely leaves me feeling heard & cared about. She drew pictures to make sure I understood what was going on with my biopsy results & explained all my options, told me which option she thought was best & why, but was willing to consider other options if I wanted. Run very far away from this place and never turn back. In 2020 I came to this place I discovered that I had fibroids and would need to take birth control as a form of Therapy. I only received 3 month supply and when I lost my job I tried to see if I could get the remaining year refill but they denied me this because of my “insurance”. New to the area and wanted to establish a new gyn. Very friendly and helpful office and nursing staff. The nurse practioner was cordial and professional. She answered all my questions.
