I’ve been a patient here since 2010 when it was SWOBGYN group with my first and only child. Now under Methodist, it didn’t really have an affect on me as I keep the same doctors from the original group. I just come for my yearly women’s checks and never have issues with booking appointments via phone calls or test results. Wait time is possibly 5min after checking in. First I want to say that this place was Absolutely Amazing to my husband and I. Especially as first time parents. Also I would like to mention that we were actually transferred here from Va, towards the end of my pregnancy being that we are a military family. Literally no one in the area would take me in as a patient bc I was so late in my pregnancy. But Dr. Rosalyn Miller and her staff accommodated me, and they were so knowledgeable and attentive to us!! So thankful to Doctor Shan Jiang and staff at this place. They made the most amazing pregnancy experience for me. Staff super professional and friendly, truly the best. My Doctor always answer my questions and concerns. So pleased and forever thankful

I was a patient 3 years ago with Dr Miller and this office and I am a patient again with my 2nd child due soon. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with my insurance and making sure things are correct. I never wait very long and Dr Miller is always so kind. The woman that does the blood draws always gets my veins, the nurses are great, the receptionists are on top of everything and super sweet to the kids that come. I had a good first delivery with Dr Miller and am happy to be here again.

I called here twice to try to set an appointment with Dr. Miller, but was open to other appointments if there was sooner availability. Both times I called, the receptionist are unwelcoming and rude. They sound like I was wasting their time almost, but if I got a referral from another doctor how else should I schedule? I would love to schedule it myself on my app, but sadly isn’t possible if I haven’t visited with them yet.
