Changing my review to 2 stars to warn others. Dr. Lauren is longer there and the other Doctor was so insensitive and so cold and rude. She didn’t even care about me or how I was feeling. She was just upset I came in and bothered her schedule. I've been coming to Dr.Lauren Swords 6 years now and always have a fantastic experience. They are always on time! Also, Dr Diase took time and answered all of my questions. She has a very good bedside manner!
Dr. Miller is amazing; kind and knowledgeable while being funny and relatable. She took time to listen to my concerns and provided actionable solutions. Took time to get a new patient appointment but worth the wait.
Dr Childs is the kind of person that takes the time to listen and answer all the questions and concerns you may have. She and her staff are very caring. It’s very easy to make an appointment with her, and the waiting time to be seen is ok.
The front staff is SO rude and useless. They never want to help with anything or any questions. Seem to just wanna push people away quickly. They do not care about the patients whatsoever, not sure if they’re racist or what. They’re just flat out RUDE.
