Called to register as a new patient and I was told by my insurance (tricarewest) the provider was accepted. The receptionist kept saying my insurance was not accepted and I told her I was reading from Dr. Millers accepted insurance plans and my plan was there and I had verified with my insurance as well. She kept saying it’s not and I asked to be transferred to an insurance department just to verify or speak to a different representative or if there was a way to double check.
