Very efficient. Staff is professional, friendly and considerate.
CT scan done today and the experience was 5 star Olivia and Megan was very professional, genuine and courteous. My veins are small but they tag teamed and found those Itty bitty veins. Megan provided instructions and information all along the process which made it very comforting. Their presence eased the anxiety.
Terrible scheduling department. I scheduled an appointment 4 days ago for a CT Cardiac Calcium score and they never called to tell me it was cancelled. I have the confirmation email that my appointment was scheduled. I went in for my appointment today and they said it was cancelled. I asked for a number so I can speak to a supervisor but it was refused by the woman in registration. I wish they would've called me so I could have scheduled elsewhere. Everyone from the registration team in the main entrance to the technicians in the Imaging department (MRI) were very kind. They made my daughter and I feel comfortable and at ease as this was her first MRI.
Very caring staff at this location, from the front office lady. My daughter had blood work there it was the best experience we ever had. Wylanda was great and very good at her job also caring about my daughter. Olivia was also great and caring person in the medical staff, love this place.
