I picked this location it was in my network also close to home...I had been rescheduling this MRI for over a year...Finally the day had cime April 2026...Scheduled for 345 , i was told to arrive at 315...Of course I arrive at 330....No worries, reported to the receptionist at front entrance, checked in with billing, went to lobby of imaging, shortly called by Jasmine, very pleasant , changed clothes and was taken to MRI techs Sam and Carole , ...these women were so organized efficient, and PROFESSIONAL and explained the MRI ... read more
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Arti Jona (Iyer). During my ultrasound, she repeatedly spoke about me to the tech in the third person, as if I wasn’t even in the room. When I pointed this out, she responded in a rude and condescending way. Another day, during a different procedure, I told the nurse who was prepping me how much I disliked Dr. Jona. I can’t find the imaging center. I called for directions and they wouldn’t give them to me without my name, phone number, date of birth, and address. I hung up on them because I just wanted get directions to the building. We drove there today and went in circles around Methodist but couldn’t find a building that said imaging center. They told me when I made the appointment that they would text me directions but they didn’t. So frustrating!
I can handle the long wait times and even the difficult part of scheduling. But having my breasts imaged for the 4th time in a month and scared out of my mind and get a Doctor with the worst bedside manner that is where I draw the line of what I'm willing to put up with!! I was stuttering over my words trying to understand what was going on to be met with annoyance and impatience. Will never got back to this place!
Very nice experience. Went back for cat scan within 15 minutes of arriving. Knoledgeable staff sensitive to needs
