Horrible service, i went 2 days go because I'm having low back pain all they did give me medication and do PT , they told me they were going to do MRI's and keep me for observation, and they didn't, and they still charge me for it. please don't come to this Er. I spoke to a neurologist there he was trying to say that nothing is wrong with me that I'm ok, but I'm not I'm in so much pain, and now I'm stuck with a bill of almost 5,000dollars.
I’ve been to many ERs and rank this (methodist Houston medical center) as almost third world. It is embarrassing to see a Methodist facility of this caliber. I’m sitting in the main hospital at the moment on the 4th floor and am happy with everything so it’s a clear lack of responsibility and caring on the part of Methodist to run an ER like this one.
