Excellent experience taking my husband to the Methodist West ER. He had an allergic reaction to medication. They were quick, thorough & very nice. Definitely would go back if ever necessary. Nurse Debbie & Dr. Usher were terrific.
This is definitely the Best hospital in Houston!! Excellent care from beginning to end! Top Tier service.
I went to the emergency room and provided my insurance -don't bother to do so because they will not tell you if you are in-network or not. Front desk simply took my insurance and said I was good to go and as well when they had me in treatment and a PA or nurse assistant took my insurance information as well and told me I had no copay. Well, it turned out to be a lie because once I checked MyChart it said it was OON and my bill for the visit is not covered at all.
