This is the most awful experience I have had in my life at an ER EVER. I went in some weeks ago to the ER for a simple thing (bug in my ear). The ER physician upon learning I had a bug in my hear, quickly backed up from me to the opposite wall of the exam room because she was afraid of bugs. The nurses, AND DOCTOR did not know how to operate the blood pressue machines and after multiple attempts resorted to the old fashined manual blodd pressure cuff. I was charged, 1424.00 for five minutes of waiting, only to be told, "We can't help you with that," and then sent on my way. Thank you, Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center in Magnolia. Yall were nice, but this price unethical.

Im new to area and was a little Concern going here but I received great care. Nurses Nestly, Gladys and Dr Lewis were amazing. They listen to my concerns and also answered all my questions and concerned. Will Definitely go back

Dr. Saiji & Nesly RN were great. They know what they’re doing & put me at ease. The Dr. came in and offered a couple of good treatment plans, answered every question and never seemed rushed. I’m a very hard IV stick and Nesly got it the very first time. Thanks to both of you for going the extra mile for me and my family.

I came here hopeless. Experiencing major dehydration to the point of almost kidney failure. They gave me the best service I’ve ever recieved in a place like this. The doctor and nurse saved my life and helped me mentally calm down. They gave me tips on how to survive in the heat without ac currently. They went above and beyond. They deserve a raise
