Nurses are great, but being charged 447.00 for the syringe that was used to inject a 44.50 Corticoid steroid shot (Allergies) is RIDICULOUS! Gotta LOVE the treatment costs of US Healthcare... NEVER going to the ER again.
Have been to this ER twice and both times they did not apply my health insurance even though they accept it. So that’s a pain dealing with especially since I have tricare insurance. Second time I went I went in for foot/ankle pain. They told me I had Shin Splints after doing a “exam” and X-rays that took over an hour. I went to another hospital and I have a hairline fracture and a split tendon. I would not recommend coming to this ER at all.
This ER is by far the best of the best!! I took my daughter here 5 weeks pregnant about a week ago she was very dehydrated and couldn’t keep anything down.. we were quickly taken to a room iv fluids started right away and the Nurse Jun calmed my daughter with his awesome personality and was very detailed with every explanation of things he was doing or what was next. Was just in this ER today. They were prompt with checking me in and evaluating me. Nurses were nice although the IV was super painful and I was left with bruises in both arms. Also was asked if I wanted a blanket but it took a long time for me to get one. Room was freezing and TV was broken. I sat there almost 5 hours with minimal interaction, mostly just monitoring me, had to buzz nurse a couple times to get any updates. Left for hour or two with nobody checking on me.
