Was just in this ER today. They were prompt with checking me in and evaluating me. Nurses were nice although the IV was super painful and I was left with bruises in both arms. Also was asked if I wanted a blanket but it took a long time for me to get one. Room was freezing and TV was broken. I sat there almost 5 hours with minimal interaction, mostly just monitoring me, had to buzz nurse a couple times to get any updates. Left for hour or two with nobody checking on me. I went to the ER almost two weeks ago and they were amazing. Spent 6 days in the hospital and was home recovering a few days and had to return. The staff was so amazing! It was late at night and My daughter was in town taking care of me during my recovery and we had my 6 year old grandson with us. Everyone was so kind and they even went and got a second bed so my grandson and daughter could lay down. We are blessed to have this ER in Magnolia.

If you gotta go to the emergency room, this is the one. At least it was great today. I appreciated the staff including the receptionist, nurse, ultrasound technician, and doctor. So very down to earth and friendly and efficient. Sucked to spend a Sunday there but it could’ve been worse. Thanks to all.
