Absolutely horrible. Cut open my hand and went to the ER in magnolia and they stitched me up. My stitches came undone the next day and when I went back in for assessment the new ER doctor told me he wasn’t going to stitch it up again and gave me a tetanus shot. They are trying to charge me $2400 (and I have insurance, they tried to tell me my copay was $1200) for a tetanus shot? The stitches didn’t hold together. The receptionist, nurse and Dr were kind and professional. I appreciate the calm, professional environment when I feel uncomfortable because I don’t understand what is happening.

Dr Ruiz, all the nurses, and the front desk staff were very kind and worked shockingly swiftly. The power went out 3 times in the 2 hours we were there, and a nurse mentioned that’s a regular occurrence and that they also deal with water and plumbing failures regularly. @Methodist, save your amazing staff and your expensive machine, and get them in a new building!

Accidentally touched the hot muffler on my air compressor. Houston methodist emergency care gave me pain medication and ice pack. Thanks for the exceptional help! My hand is on the way to recovery...
