Took very great care of me and my family! Very friendly staff!
Terrible experience. Went for a twisted ankle. Place was empty. Waited 30 minutes for them to take xrays, waited an hour for them to be read only to find out they didnt get read correctly and had to be re-read. Sat and waited again. They gave me an ice pack, said I was done, made me wait another 30 minutes (they forgot about me) so I was there for almost 4 hours and sent me home with an ice pack and charged me over $4000. Theyll send you home in pain and often times wont take your complaints seriously. Nurses were fine but the male doctor was incredibly rude. Next time Im having an emergency I will call an ambulance as it will save me time and suffering.
Terrible experience with a pretentious doctor, who seemed to know everything, and dismiss a patients concerns. Nurses were all nice. Doctor Amoroso did not want to treat my symptoms or concerns. His guess as to what was causing such extreme pain was wrong.
I went to Urgent Care and the Dr told me I needed to go to Emergency Care for tests. There was absolutely no wait and I was attended to right away. The nurses were very nice, quickly getting me set up w iv’s, monitors, etc and getting all the tests done. I had blood work, urinalysis, and a ct scan. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and had a diagnosis.
