I received care within 5 minutes of entering this Houston Methodist Emergency Care Center. The registration was fast and easy. The nurse and doctor were compassionate and skilled. Tests were performed quickly. I could not have received better care.
Very quick professiona,l and when I left I was feeling much better. Methodist is the best !
The doctor was already in the room waiting to see me! Very personable, quick, and outstanding bedside manners!
Our daughter came down with an awful stomach virus and became very dehydrated. Houston Methodist ER was wonderful: the front desk, our nurse (wish I could recall her name!) and the doctor. They were so sweet with our daughter and were very thorough with testing. I don’t want to go back to an ER…but should we need to, this is where we will go from now on.
