Fast and friendly service. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I came here Sunday mid morning after being in severe pain from kidney stones, and I just couldn't fight it at home anymore. This was my first time to an ER for myself, and the last thing I wanted to do. However, I am so glad I did, and I am glad I chose here. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. All the nurses, as well as the doctor, treated me with respect. I would give zero stars if I could. I went in because I was having pain in my neck and arm was numb, and it turns out I had abnormalities on my brain when the doctor scanned it. The doctor there at the time told me he was going to write me some prescriptions for the pain and that I would have to go see a neurologist at one of their other hospitals. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do not come here. I brought my father in with a 105°F fever, severe chills, body aches, and drenched in sweat. Despite the urgency of his condition, we never made it past the check-in desk—no one acknowledged us or made any effort to assist. Staff could be seen and heard talking and laughing behind the desk, and though we made eye contact several times, we were completely ignored. Place, doctors and nurses there are trash. Wife went in with back pain along with other issues after just giving birth with our newborn son. Nurse gave misinformation. Doctor corrected the nurse but didnt give anything but ibuprofen while wife was crying from pain.
