I went here because I got a really bad wound the told me that it was already clouting and that it didn’t need stitches I was in a lot of pain and they just told me it would go away they tried to charge me me 280 dollars for doing literally nothing how are you going to ask if I think i need stitches when I say yes tell me no you don’t think I need them you are the doctor Im still bleeding still in pain and i don't have a doctor’s not for work I might as well just stayed home don't go here
brought my mom to this ER, and from the nurses to the doctor to radiology, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The level of care and compassion was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Took my daughter here due to leg pain and high fever. Got mom shamed for not administering medicine before leaving the house as I was in a rush to get her there. Yet it took them 20-45 minutes to even give her Motrin to bring the fever down. The doctor tested for Flu, COVID and RSV. ALL negative. I asked to check her CK levels and he told me no that it's not necessary. Methodist hospital that has commercials and billboards everywhere weren’t able to give me a 15-20 minute strep throat test. I had to wait an hour for results, said Dr. Michelle Brito - she didn’t give me any medicine nor treatment (even after seeing my irritated red swollen tonsils & throat) i left from Methodist in pain and fever-chills because my result came out as a false negative, which is pretty common with strep throat tests.
